Ell known for their crossing bridge noodles (there's a long interesting back story on the name of these noodles, look it up)If you're looking for a scalding hot bowl of noodles on a cold wintery day, this should be your paradise.I ordered the tomato soup base and by far it was the most flavorful tomato soup base I've ever had.The iron bowls used for the soup keep the the soup scalding hot the entire duration of the wonderful eating experience. You add the ingredients at your pace and to your liking. A great experience different from the normal hot pot meal.
I can understand why Dagu is still very busy till this day. Compared to all the other bridge noodle restaurants Dagu would probably be my go to. Offered unlimited refill for noodles as well as nice snacks to have on the side. The pork bone soup broth is nice and clean as well as sometimes if I want a little kick the spicy pickled cabbage soup is phenomenal. You could always add extra items for a fee with the soup, I really enjoy their stuffed meat balls.Skewers are also good and flavourful. If you ever get the chance and want a nice refreshing drink I would definitely recommend ordering their mango yakult.Servers are also super friendlyDefinitely recommend !
The pork bone soup is very good , I always come here to order it . And the setting is good for us in couvd -19 . amazing!!!
Dined in at Dagu and found out that everything is served in plastic bowls and plates that will go to the landfill. So disappointing to see that Dagu does not care about our planet and is needlessly contributing to our plastic problem. No reason to not use regular glass bowls and plates. I can’t support businesses that are so irresponsible to our environment.
