Bidrage med feedbackNot sure anyone on here bought their moon cake set. First it is basically robbery. The set contains 6 moon cakes of a size of a baby fist and guess how much it costs? $10 for one cake and $60 for the set. You guys could 've just robbed the money but you decide to give us 6 moon cakes.Second, the most important reason why I leave a comment here is the cultural appropriation! Mid-Autumn Festival originated from ancient China. The history of Chinese ancestors celebrating this festival goes back to thousands of years! There is actually a legend that passes along among China even today! However if one takes a closer look at the back of the set where the festival is introduced in more details. Only Korean and Japanese equivalents are mentioned. What is happening? This festival comes from China and it is very much celebrated there too. Why don 't you guys mention the elephant in the room???I am APPALLED and FURIOUS! Bake code owes an official apology.Disclaimer: those who questions the origination of the festival shall find learning world history especially Asian history again much helpful.
Have cha time bubble tea on a regular basis. Bought pastries at 5pm with bubble tea, the drink was good but croissants were stale
A small piece of plastic I spit out from their fancy croissant.
I come to this Bake Code a lot and the service today way absolutely brutal. I purchased 9 items including a Japanese Cheese cake slice which was supposed to be the Bite of The Month for $3.5. The worker punched in $4.5 into the register and when I pointed it out she said the price was correct and that she forgot to change the $3.5 price label to $4.5 on the shelf. I then asked her to cancel the cake slice because it wasn’t the advertised price of $3.5. They still also had a photo ad for it on their register. After that, I used my bake code VIP card for 10% off and also scanned my points cards to use my points as I had a small balance of $3.19 on it.When I left the store and checked my receipt, I realised that the 10% vip discount was not applied. When I went back to the store, the worker at the front who looked to be the manager knew why I was back and said that the other worker forgot to apply the 10% discount. After about 5 min she explained that she couldn’t apply both my points and the vip discount (even though no where does it say that you can not use your VIP card and your points balance at the same time) and that instead of owing me money, I owe them money.Like, what the. They screwed up 2 times, and I came back because they didn’t apply the discount and instead they said I owe them money for their mistake? I mean, if you screw up, you should at least compensate me for wasting my time in coming back not escalating it. These workers need to be trained better as they didn’t seem to know how to apologise and fix the issue.
Absolutely amazing! Baked items all looked fresh. I got the taro milk bread and it was very good! Would recommend.
