Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Fairly consistent good quality, but some of the cash registers do not give a military discount, even if they ask for it and even if they tell them that they applied it.

I haven't been to Zaxby's in a while but I came in search of the Zensation salad! To my dismay, there was no Zensation Salad to be had, so I opted for my usual Cobb salad with grilled chicken and blue cheese dressing. It was extremely fresh as per usual. This salad is really done right and I just look forward to further expansion of their salad menu. The service was fast, as I was there outside of peak lunch time (4pm). I brought my furry friend along (Franklin) to the drive thru and everyone that served me was so kind and friendly especially to Franklin! Both gentlemen that assisted me offered him a doggy treat which was a nice surprise. We declined the offer because Franklin needs to lose a few pounds and treats are where we are trying to scale back :D

The gentlemen working this evening were killing it! I pulled in to order 20 minutes before closing, and every employee I encountered was chipper and very attentive. My order was correct, and the food was great!

Customer service was great. But sadly my chicken on my salad was chewy and tasted like rubber.

Anything short of 5 stars is an insult to this staff and store. This is hands down the best Zaxby’s I’ve ever been too. Staff is friendly, efficient, keeps the store clean, and the food is always fresh. 10/10. I’m moving and pretty sad I’m losing this gem of a Zaxby’s.
