Bidrage med feedbackIn another encounter, my husband inquired about ordering a cake for my birthday, and Greg fed him a ridiculous story that we knew wasn’t true. So, I asked another staff member, who confirmed my suspicions. Then Greg approached me, looked me straight in the eye, handed me the paper, and refused to assist me further. I stood there waiting for someone to help, but no one came. I lost my appetite and ended up throwing away the breakfast I had purchased from them. It’s not just about the service; I felt completely disrespected as a person. The only explanations I can think of for his behavior are that he might be racist, or he got caught in a lie, possibly due to being racist. It’s appalling to experience this from a manager. It seems that because he holds a higher position, he feels entitled to treat others poorly, and these reviews reflect his rudeness, suggesting he has never faced any consequences. Greg, you never have to worry about serving me again. The food isn’t even that great and often makes me rush to the restroom—that’s why I only order specific items. I spend more money there than you likely make in a paycheck, and to be treated like that is unacceptable. I won’t spend another dollar at your restaurant—that’s a promise.
We first visited the Bistro on Memorial Day weekend. It was closed from Friday evening until Tuesday morning. The following weekend, we came back again, this time for the arrival of a baby, but the Bistro was closed once more for the whole weekend. There are no indications anywhere stating that it's closed on weekends. Even the hospital's website lists operational hours that suggest they are open. This hospital provides services over the weekend, including births. So, why is the Bistro not available when it’s needed the most?
I opted for the daily a la carte specials, like the biscuits and gravy, which were fantastic— they had a unique flavor that reminded me of seafood broth. The Eggs de Jour were a delightful surprise each day, and even the bacon was exceptional! My parents also raved about the brick oven pizza. So please don't let the bad reviews mislead you. This place offers delicious food that can brighten your stay. The service has been incredibly friendly and accommodating, even when I had many questions about my wife's Starbucks coffee order. Be patient while waiting in line because the food is nourishing for the soul. Wishing you all a speedy recovery!
The worst chicken salad sandwich ever, I came here for an interview a while back. I had a little time to spare, I was hungry I went to the bistro, the chicken salad sandwich was recommended to me it was so delicious. My mother had a procedure done on her heart, while she's in recovery I went back to the bistro and ordered the same chicken salad sandwich, I thought they sold me some fake chicken, last time it was made with real chicken. An over price fake chicken salad sandwich. SMH
This was absolutely the worst food I have had in a long long time. How can broccoli be brunt and raw at the same time? How can something called soup not only be cold, taste bad, but have so much black pepper it was inedible? What a disappointing waste of money in a place located in a great institution.
