This Panera was quick, clean, and the employees were great. My only complaint was my chai tasted like straight up syrup and I really couldn’t drink it. Okay and my cream cheese was open so that sucks. Food: 3/5

I recommend panera they have awesome food but don't get your bagel toasted it makes them very hard.Food: 4/5

I think the first red flag should have been the fact that there was nobody was there besides 2 other people at what should be considered the lunchtime and this location was next to the hospital. I was also not greeted upon entering the restaurant and the overall dining room was messy and the vacuum was left in the middle of the floor. The salad that I ordered was poorly prepared and it was just old I'm general. The pepperchini peppers were browning, the lettuce was wilted, the pineapples were old. It was just subpar and not at the Panera brand standard. No wonder it was empty. This is barely a panera.... don't eat here.

I love Panera food but every time I order here, it's always wrong. I Doordashed an order and they couldn't even get the entire order to me. I try to call, since I'm at work, no answer for 10-20 minutes. I drive there, tell them the issue and they begin to remake it. I walk over to the counter.....and there's my second bag sitting there. ?‍?‍?‍?‍?‍
