Bidrage med feedbackI loved the service. the bank were very helpful. they went beyond and beyond. that would have been better. the spicy take sandwich looked much better than it tasted.
My children had received free kids meals with a purchase as a reward from school. The manager took our order and payment said would be ready shortly but over 20 minutes later still no food. My son went to ask and was told they must have lost the order. I had to reorder and wait...not a fun experience thankfully my children enjoyed their food once it was ready.
Delivered via UberEats. Called the restaurant twice and could not get a human on the phone. The portions on these 2 sandwiches are just not okay…..especially the chicken salad!! I let UberEats know but they will not refund based on “poor quantity”.
The staff seems very frustrated with management. There is never any thing in stock!! The espresso machine has been broken for weeks. They don’t have anything that you try to order- today it was bread and oatmeal they were out of…. The front cashier is always nice
This location has really gone down hill. I have worked in the East Cobb Avenue for 7 years and used to frequent this restaurant for my lunch hour. Now it takes 20 minutes to pick up a salad at the pick up counter, food gets stolen off of their pick up shelf, and I have even seen employees on their cell phones in the food prep area! I did not get the name of the one employee but she was taking a photo of herself and still had her cooking gloves on! This behavior is unacceptable but the fact that it was visible to me as a customer was a clear demonstration of poor professionalism and one of the many causes of the extreme delay in food delivery and readiness. I can understand that if an establishment is short staffed that the wait times will be extended but snapchat photos are not a valid reason for these delays.
