Pacific Buffet Seafood, Sushi and Grill

I enjoy Chinese buffets, and do understand there is often a lack of quality over an actual single entree restaurant. That said, I grade more on the overall versus single issues. The atmosphere was great as there is a huge waterfall at entry, good lighting and the restaurant was clean. The staff was friendly even after my CC had an issue. The food had many options, more than average to me. However, many items were cold. This means they were either old, or not kept at temp. This is likely a setting issue on their steam tables, but should be fixed immediately. This can be a great hazard in foodservice. This was mostly items on the left or american side. The other side was only a little better. Steam tables should have steam billowing from under the pans. They are either trying to make the food last too long, or are unaware of the issue. They should be checking the temps on every item, every hour. Will have to be pretty hungry to return, lol....

This buffet is one of my favorite because of the wide array of sushi option they have to select from. The hibachi was a nice touch and the rest of the food was pretty normal quality. Price was fair and the restaurant had plenty of space for any size party.Food: 3/5

I'm not a buffet fiend, so take what I say with a grain of salt. I think I've gone maybe twice in the last ten years?That being said, the food was good. Service was kind.As I say in many reviews, I do wish there were more vegan options. Tofu based dishes or more veggies to choose from! Even with the amount they had I was able to eat pretty well.Prices are reasonable and nothing made us ill. I can't ask for much more when it comes to eating out.

Everything is great at PB...FOOD, SERVICE,FOOD,FOOD,FOOD for days! It's always fresh and delicious.The only suggestion would be to have the central air or fan on for circulation. It just feels like it needs it with all the people in there.The crab salad is the best!Vegetarian options: There are plenty of Veggie options. My kids have fallen in love with sushi. This place makes it affordable for them to try a bunch of different kinds and then still eat fries when they want something else. Love it!
