Julia's Taqueria - Marietta

I initially gave this restaurant 4 stars, but honestly, I was kidding myself. The food here is fantastic, so it really deserves a full 5 stars. It's hard to find another place like it. Whenever I'm in the area, I always make a point to stop by for lunch.

Amazing tacos, burritos, and more—this place is truly a hidden gem! The perfectly prepared onion topping and green sauce are incredibly flavorful. If you're expecting ground beef with a lot of lettuce, this isn't the spot for you. I've tried three other places on the same road, and this one is by far the best. They make fresh tortillas with a wonderfully fine dough for every single order! The last time I visited, I experienced a longer wait than usual, but while I was waiting, I was treated to an exquisite pork taco that was simply delicious, even though it's not on the menu. Highly recommended!

"The Mexican food here is quite good, especially considering that Georgia has a range of Tex-Mex restaurants that often serve subpar meals. Everything was fresh and prepared right in front of us. The only downside was that they included salad and a side ofritos, which I wasn't a fan of. Coming from California, I was hoping for something more traditional with beans and meat."

Lupe is amazing, and it is the best Mexican food around. go on and let her lupe a mix of the best dressed they have. beautiful that it is my local Mexican hole in the wall.

I was really looking forward to these chicken chilequiles. I am disappointed, to say the least. First off, it’s not chicken, and there is no egg on top. However, they are delicious and perfectly spicy with the green sauce. It’s just not what I ordered. Secondly, I was told on the phone it would be ready in 10 minutes, so I showed up in 10 minutes and still waited nearly 15 minutes for my to-go order (mind you, this was at 5:30pm, and they were not busy). Lastly, this establishment does not serve cheese dip. Like, at all.
