Herb's Rib Shack - Marietta

The service and the food is really good here.The restaurant itself is small, but it has a few tables and chairs if you want to eat there.We got our food to go.The ribs were very tender and spicy, but good spicy, not unbearable.The collard greens and mac n cheese were good as well.My only complaint is they didn't have (or I didn't see any) any to go sauce cups. They had bottles of sauce on a table to put sauce on your ribs, but I would have preferred to put the sauce in a sauce cup instead of directly on the ribs.

Wow, this was our first time at Herb's and it was a pleasant experience. We ordered the full slab ribs since they were out of the pulled pork. The ribs were juicy, well done and full of meat. The BBQ sauce was unique and that was the taste enhancer. It's worth a try and you will not be disappointed.Food: 4/5

Great food, I mean it’s truly amazing how good it is. BUT THERE IS A WOMEN THERE WITH DREADS EXTREMELY RUDE THERE. She is usually in the back from what I seen today , Out of All my times here I’ve never seen her. I’ve always been able to call in. I’ve even spoken with the owner directly who took my order and we exchanged greats words. He’s an awesome guy, But today really put a bad taste in my mouth. With the service provided. I wasn’t even given a free sample. Which I didn’t notice until. I realize that’s a staple at this place they ALWAYS give samples. But I called the lady out and she felt the need treat me rude. Just an opinion, still great food.. not so great service as of now.

Excellent!! Delicious and mouth watering. The rib tips meal were on point. The meat was delicious and tender. The Mac and cheese was different but super delicious. The coleslaw was very good as well. When you get there, you get a sample of what you are getting! The food is to die for! It is definitely a place worth going to. The staff is also very friendly. If you are looking for some really good BBQ, this is your spot!!

Best ribs I've had in a long time. The food is amazing and when you come in they give you samples so you know what you're buying. Staff is friendly and service is fast. When you walk up the smokers are going and you can smell the meat cooking. The only thing I have an issue with is the prices are a little high. Compared to the food around this area they can obviously charge it and get it. I definitely pay it because it's so hard to find decide BBQ anywhere here in this area. I do wish they were open more during the week. Other than the hours and the prices this place is delicious ?
