Dunkin' - Marietta

My previous review wasn't very positive, but I have to say that there have been significant improvements over the past few months! The service has gotten better, and the coffee is much improved. Their donuts also taste fresh most of the time, which is a wonderful surprise. Prince, who I believe is the manager or shift leader, is exceptional. His customer service is unparalleled—he's very attentive and genuinely wants to ensure you're happy with your experience. He definitely deserves a promotion or a raise!

Dunkin closes at 9pm on Saturdays, so when I headed over around 8:30 it was pretty much empty goods-wise. Despite that, the gentleman who helped me (I didnt catch his name, he was at the drive through window) was incredibly helpful. I recommend the Dunkin stays open a little later, but their customer service is really top notch!

The worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever visited! I waited in line for far too long, and when I finally got to the window, they didn't have my original order. I ended up ordering something else, and it was awful—definitely the worst glazed donuts I've ever tasted. Although this location is close to my home and convenient, I won't be returning. The service was terrible; it seemed like nobody knew what they were doing. I've had better donuts at a gas station!

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The customer service was excellent, and when I say it was quick, I mean it was faster than any Dunkin' I've ever been to. Thank you for making my day! The avocado toast was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. My Chai tea latte ended up being less than half full, but that's okay since I usually don't have time to finish it anyway. Thanks again, and I'll definitely be back!

I try to give them multiple chances sense I live right by it. They mess up simple orders. Either forgetting something, not filling up the cup all the way, and or messing up the order all together. It happens everyday.
