Super impressed with the crew here tonight. I had to wait a bit to order at the counter, as they were backed up with several delivery app orders. The employee (manager I’m assuming) acknowledged our wait and apologized. When taking our order another customer had an issue with their food. Without hesitation or any attitude the crew took care of his order while still being attentive to us. They brought our food out quickly and the food was great as usual. They even made time to check in with people seated in the dining room. I worked for years in restaurants and quick service, it’s not easy and can be very stressful when it’s busy. The crew tonight handled things exceptionally well!

Absolutely not. I don't know why these type of restaurants who serve just the normal of what I'm use to being southern and grew up with this type of food at my table all the time that they can charge that much. Are you kidding me! I looked on door dash and what they are charging is ridiculous. I can cooked this same stuff at home in no time.

I am a wing connoisseur. I like to try the different wing places around town and today was the first time I've ever gotten food from a Cozy Coop.I ordered online so I didn't realize the mistake until I got home but I ordered the buffalo wings with ranch that they advertise and the Mac and cheese bites. They gave me the wrong order, I got Mac and cheese instead of the bites so I'll only be speaking for the wings unfortunately.They're to die for. Definitely the softest, most well cooked chicken wings I've had around here in a long time and so well seasoned/sauced.4 stars because of the order mixup but I hope to change that one day to 5.Definitely try this place out!

Food was fantastic, staff was super friendly and helpful, brought over extra plates and utensils and napkins. For the price it beats most restaurants. Highly recommend here!

Food and service are great here. A much better replacement for the awful Zaxby's that was here before. My only complaint is I wish they had healthy options. Most of the menu is fried food.
