I came in to pick an order up, drove 25mins to get there. When standing at the counter I gave the name for the order and the girl walked away. Before she came back to give me an update or my food I was asked if I was helped and I said yes and stepped aside. This was the last interaction I had with an employee for 20 mins. After standing there I pointed out how my order has been on the shelf for the whole time I was there and could see it. When I expressed my frustration (to myself not even to complain) I was told it was MY FAULT it took so for not telling them I was getting raw clams, by the blonde girl working (supervisor I think), as if it wasn't on the order. I literally stood there for 20 mins waiting on RAW FOOD, because no one checked the order or asked me about it and told me it was MY FAULT. Never got a sorry for the wait or anything. That's what spending just over $180 will get you at this place, bad service and employees talking down to you. I've worked in customer service for over 10 years, so I'm pretty understanding that things happen, but this should never be one of them. My family has been coming here for crabs for years now, I'm making sure that will never.
