I had an excellent experience here tonight. The staff member at the drive-thru was extremely friendly. Our food was ready as soon as we reached the window, and we were the only customers there at the time. Everything was perfect. Once again, the service was outstanding!
I ordered chicken fingers with fries and hot sauce, and the staff asked me to repeat my order to ensure clarity. Despite the rainy weather making it difficult to hear, she got my order right. However, when I got home, I only received five wings instead of what I ordered. There were no fries and no hot sauce. Out of the five wings, four were flats, and they were quite dry. Overall, it was not a satisfactory experience.
Then, when I got to my last nibbler, I discovered a bite taken out of it. When I brought this up to the staff, they were dismissive. They acted as if I should be embarrassed for saying anything at all. They mentioned that there are cameras in the restaurant, implying that I was being unreasonable. I told them I had photos of the issues, yet there was no apology or acknowledgment of my complaints. When I mentioned I would send a formal complaint to the company, she suggested I send my pictures to her personal phone. Is she serious? Why would I send evidence to someone who clearly doesn't believe me? This is a heads-up for everyone in Madison—be cautious about this Zaxby's. Customers need to be aware!
I went to this special Zaxby site and the last two experiences were not good. I just went into the opposite. When I visited last week, I went in and ordered a signature sandwich. I wanted an extra ranch and I was charged 25 cent for a sose. I paid it without problems. When I came in today, I noticed two people who had asked for sauce and they were not charged. Now I don't know if there is a fee for sauce or not, but it should be fair for everyone. either they charge everyone or no one. I waited at least 15 minutes for my order and they got my order waiting wrong after the long. now the manager keena was very nice and told me that if I come back for my next visit, I could get something free. eating was not so good either. I'm giving zaxbys because they work there, they don't look like they know what to do. if I have more problems with my next visit, I will find another location.
