Texas Roadhouse - Madison

I ordered an 8oz Sirloin to go, got home and it was crumbling before I even put my fork in it. It was falling apart like a dried out hamburger patty ?. I took a bite and spit it right out as it literally tasted terrible and had the texture of mush. Absolutely disgusting. My poor boyfriend ended up sharing his ribeye with me because he felt terrible. This is the first time ive ever had an issue here. So gross. You can't pick apart a sirloin like fillet of salmon ?. Please do better.

I was very impressed by the service. There were a total of 11 of us at two tables. Our server did an excellent job checking on us and refilling our drinking before we even asked; it really showed that the server enjoyed her job and was happy to serve us. Food was very good and there wasn't a single mix up which I thought was impressive for there being 11 different orders plus appetizers.

I loved the staff and the food. The dirty silverware twice in a row disgusted me. Not sure why they didn't check them but GROSS!! Told the manager but it didn't seem to be a big deal to her. And after the second time why ???

Green beans had bits of pork in it. Highly unwelcome since I have an allergy. Smaller servings than I expected for Texas Roadhouse and for price. Glad they reminded me to check before I left since I was missing two sauces from my order, but they did get them for me when I mentioned it.

Kickin' atmosphere, fantastic food, friendly staff and friendly customers. Enjoyed a tall Shiner Bock and filet for diner. Awesome!
