Sujeo - Madison

I learned something new during my visit. Japchae is a noodle dish made with sweet potato noodles, which are semitransparent and have a slightly sweet flavor. They paired wonderfully with the sauce and beef. I also tried the pork and shrimp potstickers, and I added some of the delicious Kim Kim sauce available on every table; it's fantastic, and I’m planning to buy some online. I had two types of ramen noodles, which were very good, but I would have appreciated more vegetables and toppings. Overall, this is an excellent spot for noodle dishes. Although I didn't sample their other offerings, they looked amazing as they passed by.

The food was excellent! The grilled short rib bulgogi came with a flavorful hot sauce that worked well for lettuce wraps, although some pieces of meat were a bit tough. The khao soi was downright delicious, but be prepared for a bit of mess since you'll need to pull the meat off the chicken leg. Unfortunately, the service was lacking. The hostess kept telling us that it would be "just a few more minutes" to be seated; we were initially told it would be a 20-minute wait, and we ended up waiting over 40 minutes while watching others come in and get seated ahead of us. When they finally seated us, they mistakenly thought we only wanted a booth in the noodle bar, which was not our preference. They did manage to find us a nice booth in the main dining area shortly after, but it was frustrating that they didn't clarify or communicate with us about the waitlist. Additionally, our waiter was not very attentive, and we were served by at least three different staff members. Make sure to clearly communicate where you would like to sit!

Deliciousness overload! I finally visited this place to try their big egg roll, and we also ordered the loaded waffle fries with all the toppings. They were absolutely amazing! Today, I returned for the chicken sandwich (apologies, I dove in before snapping a photo), and we shared the fries again. Honestly, these fries are a dream come true. I can't recommend this place enough—11/10!

Food wasn't quite to my taste, but was an interesting spin on a burger. My friend's fish sandwich looked more appealing to me, and they agreed. Need another try to make a solid judgement for or against, but seemed like a good place to grab a bite.

The pho was great! Very delicious. The house ramen I was unimpressed by. As a side note, the music was not my favorite for the atmosphere.
