Subway - Madison

I drove 20 minutes because Google said they were open, but when I got there, they were actually closed!

The two staff members present today were quite rude. It seemed like they were bothered by my request for them to change their gloves. When I asked about the size of my order, they didn’t provide any information, which led to me receiving a size 12 that I hadn’t requested. I even mentioned that I hadn’t asked for that size, but he essentially ignored my comment. It's disappointing to encounter such unfriendliness while dining out. If they dislike their job, they should consider a different line of work. They should be more courteous, especially when interacting with the public.

This Subway location is quite convenient. While it’s small, it's easy to access. We ordered sandwiches, and they delivered exactly what we wanted, which is a positive indicator.

Best overall place to eat in entire city. Fast, clean, cheap, friendly.

I don't care for in app ordering my sandwich needed more honey mustard but i wasn't there to say more plz!!!??
