Got the hell ramen level 3. It was everything I expected and more. Not for someone who is not used to having hot food. They have a lot milder ramens, opt for those. For the brave hearted, try the level 5 challenge.Overall, great flavor, great vibe, and great service!

I had the fried pork belly Ramen in the richest broth. I was not quite sure what to order, so the server helped me. She had the best customer service I've seen in a long time. The food was delicious!

We went there on a busy Saturday night. It was packed but I didn't mind the wait. It was a good thing they gave us the menu while we were waiting so when we got seated we were able to put in our order immediately. I was expecting a bit of a wait there too since it was busy but we got our food really fast. Good job on that one. And the pork belly on this donburi I ordered really hits the spot. My husband got tonkatsu ramen, and it was good. The flavor was just right and not salty like the other ramen places I've been too. Noodles were cooked right. I am impressed at how they managed to keep the quality of food despite the busy dinner rush.

Loved this ramen. Great experience all around. My wife got level 1 and it was good . Heat built as you ate. My son got the level 2. He could not finish because the heat level got him. All agreed my Tonkotsu was the best of the 3. Staff was wonderful.

An amazing place to eat if you are a huge fan of ramen! They ran out of a few drink options which was a bummer, but they give out free water for you. I ordered kuro buta loin ramen, it's a very good beginner option to try!Vegetarian options: They give plenty of vegetarian options to try and were very nice to explain the food options!Parking: There's a parking garage right across the building.
