People not paying attention to detail or care. Premade sandwiches from a gas station would of been a better option instead of the $30 in sandwiches we bought here.

Rude restaurant employees, disliking independent delivery drivers, on the app, third party like doordash, everytime they pick up food, as if they are not part, of business

The only issue was a missed item. We didn’t get one of the two soups we ordered. Other than that, the food was good, and done on time (we had a scheduled pickup). But a basic audit of items seems like it could easily avoid mistakes like this.

For a 4 star rated place was very underwhelmed, both by the food and the service. Not the worst sub I've ever had, but will not recommend it be coming back.

I haven't visited Potbelly's in years, but it's just as delicious as I remembered. I ordered a chicken club sandwich on multigrain bread with lettuce, onion, and ranch dressing on the side. I also got some BBQ chips.
