Jimmy John's - Madison

Absolutely awful. I usually enjoy Jimmy John's, but this location has messed up my last three sandwich orders. The errors are not even minor; I'm talking about things like forgetting to add lettuce. On one occasion, they actually dropped a sandwich in the trash, picked it up, and handed it to me! This is genuinely the worst service I've ever experienced at any fast-food restaurant. Avoid this place at all costs, and do make sure your order isn’t sent through here, because it WILL be incorrect!

I ordered an 8-inch sub sandwich, but received a smaller, regular-sized one instead. The representative mentioned that they didn't have wheat bread available for the sub, so they just went ahead and made a different sandwich without bothering to check with me first. It seems like the online ordering system could use an update to align better with their inventory.

My order was missing ingredients I paid extra for. I work alone in my department in the hospital, so I have to eat in the 5 minutes I have to myself so I ate it without the extras. I called later after work to say Hey, this was messed up, can I get my money back for those extra ingredients? One manager said My name is Madison, drop my name next time and your sandwich will be free So I did, and the General Manager said I can 't prove it so they won 't do it. I asked if they will at least refund my $1.35. NOPE! Way to lose a regular customer over something so petty! I can afford to lose the $1.35 they charged me extra, thank goodness. Wouldn 't have been the case were I still a student. Here 's a big sarcastic GOOD JOB!

Can I rate less than one star. Super upset. Order a group order, only five sandwiches. One was not even delivered!!! Had to sit and watch everyone else eat around me. When the missing sandwich finally got delivered, not even an apology from the delivery driver

This place carried me through my college career. People working here are exceptional.
