Graft Restaurant Madison

This restaurant just continues to amaze and impress with every visit. The food is exceptional. The beet salad was so tender and light, it was the perfect appetizer. The quail in particular was so flavorful that it was absolutely to die for. The drinks paired perfectly with the food. The Profligate Potation was the perfect dinner drink. The wait staff was extremely helpful, and managers made us feel welcome and at home. It was the perfect date night. I would highly recommend this to anyone that wants a fantastic atmosphere and an absolutely delicious meal.

Hands down, my favorite restaurant in Madison. The food is always fantastic, the atmosphere is very modern with a casual class, and the staff is sweet and helpful. We went there last night for New Year's Eve, and my roommate and I both swear it's the best meal either of us has ever had. Highly recommend.

One of my favorite Madison restaurants. Staff is friendly and on point, food is incredible, great wine selection, amazing interior design and awesome, warm and cozy atmosphere. I've had dinner here nearly 20 times now, and I can't recall even 1 instant of something going wrong. Don't forget to order the fried goat cheese.

I have never had better food in Madison than at Graft, and that’s saying something. I always have the most amazing waiters and staff when I come in, and their space is always clean and efficient! Everything about Graft is top notch.

Delicious! the mac n cheese is not: it's homemade spaetzel with creamed gouda. quite special. we liked every dish. the jasmine rice was another hit. some confusion on getting seated was rectified and the food made us forget all that...5 stars.
