Edo Asian Cuisine - Madison

This restaurant was fantastic! My girlfriend and I visited for lunch a few days ago, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! We kicked things off with the calamari, which, in my opinion, was the only downside of our meal. It had a rather fishy taste and wasn’t anything special. For our main dishes, we ordered the Fancy Roll and the Sunset Roll, both of which were some of the best sushi we've ever had. The service and ambiance were exceptional—such a cool space with great vibes all around. Everyone was incredibly friendly!

The atmosphere was delightful and cozy, with quick and friendly service. The decor of the interior was beautifully done. The food was quite good as well.

I absolutely love Edo! It's my favorite sushi spot in the Madison area. They're open late, which is great for those long workdays, and their sushi is always fresh. The service is fast, and the prices are reasonable. Plus, the interior is beautiful and clean. I’ll definitely continue to come back as long as they’re open.

Great local restaurant. The server and owners are very nice and friendly, I can see that they tried their best to take care of us. I had so much food there. I was surprised by how delicious the food was, especially the oysters. Normally I don't like rawfood because I tend to get an upset stomach. But my friends ended up ordering the oysters so I decided try. It was unexpectedlyreally flavourful and very fresh but not in a bad way. We ended up ordering so much that we had to take some to-go. Overall, Iwould definitely recommend the place and would probably come back here to try the oysters again. Worth going????????.

The food was excellent! Our waitress was very kind, and everything we ordered was delicious. The dining room had a charming atmosphere!
