Dunkin' - Madison

We ordered $30 worth of coffee and donuts, but instead received black coffee instead of our vanilla latte and peppermint mocha. We also ordered 25 munchkins but were only given chocolate-flavored ones, and the orange juice we received was actually mango-flavored. I tried calling to complain but was directed to a voicemail that was already full and couldn't take any more messages. If I could give this place zero stars, I would; the service was terrible and the product was disgusting.

Long wait times. The staff seems too busy to notice when customers arrive. There’s a lengthy line to get through. Vegetarian options are available. Parking: there are plenty of spots, but be cautious as cars move through the lot. Accessibility: yes, it's accessible.

The food and service were excellent. However, there was a persistent alarm that was very distracting—just a loud, piercing sound. I felt for the hardworking staff who had to deal with it constantly; it was quite a headache for me. Food rating: 4/5.

The casser this morning constantly rolled his eyes and tortured his hands while he commanded, he didn't know what I was talking about when I ordered a sluice, even after I hinted at it in the menu. I had to repeat my order several times to 2 different people. the donuts were pretty good.

Incredibly slow service. My family was here for at least 30 minutes waiting for coffee. Then it seemed like the staff had forgotten our order. The guy fixing coffees was rolling his eyes constantly like he was perpetually annoyed at everything.
