Awful customer service, mediocre food. simply the worst delivery experience ever. only a part of our lunch order was delivered, followed by the rest almost 2 hours after the first call. very rude and non-helpful employees, one of whom spent a few minutes screaming at a coworker when she called back to complain and refused to let her speak with a manager. the food is so. there is a tonne Chinese takeout restaurants in madison that have exactly as good food price service, I would recommend trying everywhere in the city before this place.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a Chinese rest. eating is badly cooked. the customer service girl was very for me, and they did my command wrong. I highly recommend staying away from them.
