Vega - LUTWYCHE

We tried out this cafe based on same rave reviews on a Vegan Facebook page and were not disappointed. Beautiful flavours and it was very obvious that a passionate chef took great care in in his creations.

Came here for brunch. At first the restaurant is difficult to recognise as it looks more like a house! Well worth finding though. Interesting and varied menu for breakfast and lunch. All vegan apart from options of egg and milk. I had the Muturbah which was excellent (curried pastry dish with mock meat and mushrooms). It was probably enough for 2! Waffles were also excellent for dessert. Will be coming back to work my way through the menu.

Tent to Vega Two times. It is one of the best vegan cafe/restaurants I was. Coffee and food were excellent and quality. I had coffee and Tokyo Toasted for breakfast, Drumsticks Affair on Rice for lunch. I never had anything like Tokyo Toasted before I think it's creative. The texture of the toast was perfect that it was wonderfully crispy outside and soft inside. The size was also very generous. In addition to the excellent food, the owner and the staff were very friendly. Thank you for the wonderful and high quality food. will definitely return regularly.

I can only say that Vega Cafe is just amazing. The service is fantastic, the food is perfect and it is very affordable. I've been there twice, and I think I'll never be disappointed in future visits. The best food I enjoyed in Brisbane!

My new favorite place for Brunch! I had the cripple with Avo, carrot bacon, vegan haloumi, tempeh, cale and hash brown. Seriously delicious, so many great textures and flavors I honestly cannot stop thinking about. #Veganuary Updated by previous review on 2022-01-17
