Buljong - Lund

We are walking along the street, and folks were lined up for lunch. We notice that the customers were carrying a plate with a bowl of soup and slices of bread. Since the weather is cool, we decide to make the line a little longer. We got our soup. Yum, yum, yum, yumm, yummy! I had the tomato, fennel with shrimp—it was the best soup I ever tasted! And, my husband had the mushroom soup—lip smacking goooood!!! Before I rest my fingers— the chef has bottles of local apple juice or cider. We had the Sovde Musteri Applemust; very refreshing! We gave the chef our complement before leaving and left with a big smiles. Buljong was the sunshine on a cool cloudy day. I now rest my fingers.

The best soup place I've come across in Lund! The owner picks the ingredience (mashrooms, herbs) himself, one meal is 70 kr and totally worth it. The mushroom soup is delicious
