Superb evening in beautiful Lund. We tried the chef's 3 course. The first course was an incredibly good raw steak. Followed by a main course which was absolutely fantastic. Red tongue! The main course with deer was unfortunately not up to par, a very salty dish and the meat was somewhat tough and had a slightly strange taste, the vegetables were good, the dessert with baked peach was very good, the service and atmosphere are very good.
