Angelina's Pizza Subs - Lowell

Tonight, I had a steak tips dinner, fries with a salad. Nicely cooked and tasty food.I picked up my food at the drive thru and the lady was friendly. Great place!

Just got a completely different salad than what I ordered, and the woman on the phone (who was very rude about it) wouldnt offer a refund, only a few dollars back for a missing topping. Mind you, it was an entirely different salad, not just the missing topping. The salad was also tiny, didnt even take up half the container, it looked like someones leftovers. She offered a full refund only if I would drive back to the store and hand them the salad. Im not sure if theres a language disconnect but this was actually the worst customer service ive ever experiened which is why Im writing this at all.
