Great food and wonderful service. We always have nice experiences here.

Wings were good. Onion pedals were awful. The 2 of us ate a few and left the rest. Even looking at them you knew they were going to be bad. More batter than onion and the fried batter looked and felt greasy, like with the use of old grease? Service was fine. Seats are not cushion ed/ padded so they get to be a bit uncomfortable and with all of the wood surroundings it is very loud with voices echoing.

Copy of a review I did for Roosters on their Website Contact Us 10430 Shelbyville Rd. Ste 7 Louisville, KY 40223 8/7/2024 Tonight 25 residents of Swan Pointe HOA went to Middletown Roosters. We were to use the party room tonight, but the air conditioner had quit so we went outside to the patio. Marshal, the Manager and Kierstin, our server quickly got 4 long tables set together under the ceiling fans and we started getting seated and giving Kierstin our drink orders. Roosters does have a menu with a large variety of Appetizers, Kid’s Meals, Chicken Wings, Salads, Sandwiches, and a whole lot more. Chicken Salads seemed to be a selection that most chose, and a small salad seemed to be quite enough for most people. Chicken wings were a popular choice for a lot of people. Kierstin brought our drinks out to us and then started taking our food orders. She was really a great server. She took our orders by the customer’s names and it worked seamlessly! It made things go so quickly and no errors on whose food belonged to. It really wasn’t long before our food started coming out on big trays. The manager and another server came out to help Kierstin pass out the food, and all they had to do was say the name on the ticket and we hollered, “I’m here!” We really enjoyed talking with our neighbors while we were eating. It had been a busy summer and we had missed a lot of them from our outings. While we finished up, Kierstin made her way around the tables, passing out the checks and collecting payments. We had such a good time and it’s always hard to leave but I heard a dozen people tell Kierstin what a wonderful job she had done and it made the night even better. Robyn

Whoa, this is a wonderful family place that is priced SO well!! The food is really delicious with so many options for adults and kiddos! We highly recommend the place for anyone who wants to find great food, a fun atmosphere, and excellent pricing. The staff were so helpful, kind, and so attentive. Please, don't skip out on this gem.
