Texas Roadhouse - Louisville

Honestly, the customer service is always pretty good. This particular night though, there was literally a roach that crawled out from our booth. Crushing as Texas Roadhouse is the only restaurant my son will eat.

Terrible service, not one table was clean with at least 3 bussers goofing off walking around as a group. The food came out wrong, then came back wrong then came back again WRONG. Cooks need to learn basic temps.

This is the best run restaurant we've been to in a long while, everything was perfect. The manager at this time was great and so was our server Branden. We will be back.

And we had a nice friendly waitress really liked her she was very nice and kind and polite and what a friendly smile she had

Mid. Probably wouldn't come back but it was ok. it was regular. Don't recommend tbh
