Burger King - Lorain

The food is great, but the service is among the worst I've ever encountered, primarily due to the manager—or at least, I assume he is the manager. He has a terrible attitude and becomes defensive, quickly placing blame when I mention an error with our order. They forgot part of our meal, and when I politely pointed this out, he interrupted me, claiming, “You didn’t order that.” Then he proceeded to read off a completely different order that they tried to give me. If he could just take a moment to listen and calm down, it would make for a much more enjoyable experience for everyone. Unfortunately, every time I visit, there seems to be an issue with my order, and instead of addressing it gracefully, he responds with hostility, making it seem as though the customer's complaints are the root of the problem for him and his team. I wouldn't be surprised if this kind of environment leads to someone losing their temper and causing a scene.

Wait for 10 minutes. got the reward window and the girl took my money and took another 5 minutes, just another job before I gave my change so I could raise. not a good day or something. the other weeping at the menu window was rather polite.

Went through the drive through. The wait was rather long due to them being very UNDER STAFFED. However the food was hot and tasted just as expected!.
