I recently had a fantastic experience at Domino's Pizza on Route 83 in Long Grove! The pizzas were scrumptious, featuring a perfectly crispy crust and fresh toppings. The parmesan bread bites were equally delightful. As a regular customer, I can say that what truly made this visit stand out was the store manager, Monica! She was incredibly friendly, polite, and always wore a great smile. She went above and beyond to ensure we had an excellent pizza experience, even surprising us with a complimentary dessert. I highly recommend Domino's in Long Grove to all pizza lovers! I hope this helps you discover a great pizza spot!

The management changed over the past few weeks, my pizza’s have not been looking or tasting the same. Last week I picked up my order notice a new employee she was not friendly as all the past employees have always been. (No biggie she’s new still) Last night I picked up my order My order was not ready I had to wait which is fine. But as I watched her handle money then walk to take pizzas out of oven stand with her phone in her hands texting or what ever she was doing then right over to touching the dough, ingredients etc then back to cutting my pizza all with out washing hands . That’s a big turn off. I asked if she was the manager she said yes shes the new manager. (Erin) If this the type of management you hire I won’t be returning She is very rude not friendly or professional and Very Very VERY disgusting

I had a disappointing experience with the customer service. When I called to request that they cut the pizza with a clean blade, they were very rude to me.

I hadn’t ordered from Domino’s in a while, but I did today and was reminded why I usually avoid them. The pizza was incredibly dry and had hardly any chicken on it. I paid $26 after a $17 discount, which means it would have been $43 without the discount! Seriously?! When I called to express my concerns, the manager said he "is not someone to be played with." I pointed out that you could barely taste the chicken, and he responded that it wasn’t enough chicken “according to me.” So professional, right? Next time, I’ll be choosing Sarpino’s! For the same price, I could have gotten an amazing pizza elsewhere!
