We had a birthday meal here in one of the booths- burger was amazinggg! Big shout out to Miguel who looked after us so well! Had a really lovely meal and great hospitality from Miguel. Thank you!

We were at The Ned celebrating my sons 21st birthday. He wanted to go to the brunch buffet but unfortunately it was fully booked despite trying to make a reservation weeks in advance, so, we booked the American diner instead as my son really wanted to go The Ned so I thought this would be a good compromise. Underwhelming it was. A very limited unimaginative menu and very little atmosphere. At 2pm Sunday most of the tables were empty (all in the brunch I guess) . The food was very mediocre, no better than any other burger/rib restaurant I've been to, and despite me advising in advance we were there for a special occasion nobody made an effort to make my son feel special on his birthday other than the onligatory brownie with a candle brought to the table at the end of the meal... but brought to us while he wasn't even sitting there as he'd poppedto the bathroom!! Overall very disappointing and especially more so because despite it being quiet so really no excuses, nobody went out of their way to make our experience memorable in any way. Disappointing to say the least Ned.

Love the Ned but felt very rushed yesterday, had hardly been seated and was told the time we had to leave the table which would give us one hour fifteen to order and eat and I thought it was one hour thirty if you were eating. Waitress was lovely but found the waiters quite abrupt and unfriendly
