Zizzi - London

They rang me 4pm on the day of my reservation to say they were fully booked for that night an could not fulfil booking made by you .I travelled down from Manchester so not very happy an will not be using Open Table again

From arrival our waiter was great. He was patient and attentive when serving us and extremely friendly. When it came to deserts he was very quick off the mark so that we could all order while one person was away from the table, then brought all of the deserts out followed by the birthday cake and candles for our vegan birthday girl. They lowered the lights and the whole place joined in making it an evening to remember.

No idea what this place was like because we were forced to cancel last minute.

I went here last Saturday and was glad I had booked as it was very busy. The restaurant was nice and the duck special was exceptionally good

I've never had a bad experience in a Zizzi branch. The food is always good and the service too.
