The Oak W12 - London

This was my first visit to this restaurant and it was wonderful. The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the staff were very friendly. Thank you.

My family and I visited this restaurant on New Year's Eve. We were supposed to receive a glass of prosecco upon arrival, but it never came. Additionally, my daughter did not receive the promised unlimited juice. The food was mediocre and not worth the high prices. The drinks were overpriced, with a double rum and coke costing $10. However, the atmosphere was pleasant and the DJ provided nice music.

The pizzas at this restaurant are excellent, especially if you enjoy a crispy thin crust, like I do. The service is efficient, and they are currently offering the best mulled wine I have ever tasted. It is not too sweet and comes with extra spices on the side, which is a nice touch. The only downside is the lighting in the women's restroom, which has been flickering and some bulbs are burnt out. Despite this, I have returned several times because of the great food and drinks.

The pizzas were far too big and 4 out of my party of 5 could not finish...crazy waste. Sadly they were not very tasty. Hideous price too for a casual meal with 2 grandchildren in tow!! Sorry but true! Very nice staff and service.

We had a lovely dinner with our children and grandchildren. Service was top notch, and food was very good.
