The Grand Portobello - London

I visited this restaurant for the first time today. My friend was nearly an hour late for our original 11:30 AM reservation due to the weather and train delays. I had no issue pushing our reservation to 11:45 AM. When I arrived, I informed the waitress that my friend would be late, and she made me feel very welcome, even though I was dining alone. The food was delicious and arrived quickly once my friend got there. I truly appreciate the staff for their hospitality and will definitely return!

I absolutely love this place! The food, service, and atmosphere are all perfect. Plus, it's really great value for the money.

Food was nice but very cold and over priced! Staff were nice but very slow

The service was terrible. There were more staff than guests and it took ages to wave down someone. We had to ask twice to order, pay, and have the water that had been en route for a while. It was clear most of the wait staff was inexperienced and indifferent. A member of staff was openly rude to a fellow staff member in front of guests. The bathroom was also not fit for guests.

This is a peaceful restaurant with very friendly staff and excellent food. It was one of the best meals we've had in London.
