Treated for a birthday lunch I still went for the 10 course full story with matching flights of wine.
That was our first time in story. incredible food! highly recommended. place: it is a very stylish and elegant place. we sat on the glass wall from where we are amazing. food: the menu will be handed over to them at the end of the meal, which is perfect, since each dish is then an overshave with a background. highlights for me were custard with a twist of pumpkin core and excellent oscietra sturgeon kaviar, scallops, parker house roll and rhubarb custard. look for “Storeos” (one of the snacks), then and there they are in love with story! service: the personal is very friendly, knowledgeable and friendly. although a visit by chef sellers to our table would have been great. hopefully next time! wein pair: I recommend going for a classic option that is a combination of cocktails and weeps. this is by far the best pairing that I have experienced so far! drinks are carefully selected to fit every dish and they complement the eating amazingly well. my favorite was pedrino pedro ximénez sherry.
Restaurant story was on my list of places when we planned our trip to london and we booked our table for 2 persons for a Friday meal. reservation is a must and its not so easy to get a table for certain popular time slots. it is located in a corner of a park and is close to the characteristic sign of london, bridge tower. the decor is stylish and elegant with romantic ambiente beautiful furniture. the personal was well trained, friendly and served everything in label. I was pregnant in my 7th month and they were cautious about my diet. we both had their 7-course tasting menu 130) and it was one of the best valued culinary experiences we ever had. there was no menu, even online, as they made adjustment to basic of the ingredients available, so every dish was an surprise for us. from amuse small tos, appetizer, brot, entree dessert, we were satisfied with the visual and sensual taste. eating was delicious, delicate and different with texture. our favorites were “Candle”, which is brot with butter, and “Duck”, the grilled duck bone. we could feel how tom seller takes care of what they serve and love the layers behind every dish, which was also the reason they called the restaurant.
