I enjoy trying a variety of dishes from any type of cuisine.

The food was great and the staff was very friendly, but the food was so slow to arrive. It was annoying to see how food went out of the door for outliers while we had to sit and wait so long to be served. The constant presence of 3-4 Deliveroo drivers who lured in the door was also not great given the fact that the restaurant is small.

We went after their great renovation and the ambience is good for one night in a quiet yet lively restaurant. However, given the situation not central London compared to all other many other Japanese restaurants I was, the prices are too high. I pay less for everything in an authentic Japanese restaurant in central locations. Sushi quality is great with thick and fresh cuts and good decoration and good selection of menu for the size of the kitchen. A dish that I do not enjoy was my favorite grilled egg on rice, the size of the aal was 1/3 of the normal size for the price of £18, as the aal prices have decreased little in recent years. For this reason I gave 2 star of 5 for value. If you are looking for great sushi in Kentish Town, there is no other place, so I recommend if you are a local Japanese fan.
