Brasserie Max - Covent Garden - London

Regrettably, the restaurant was severely overbooked and unable to handle the number of customers. We had to wait for such a long time that I felt lightheaded due to low blood sugar levels. The tea was enjoyable, but some of the small cakes were too decadent. To be honest, I was somewhat disappointed with the experience.

The price only includes five sandwiches and one pot of tea; everything else is extra. The cakes were inedible, tasting like a bag of sugar, but the scones were good. There are better competitors out there.

This restaurant is consistently excellent and always a fantastic choice!

Great location and the food is consistently good. A favourite for us.

We visited to celebrate a birthday. Staff were exceptional, food was delicious a small birthday dessert was brought out after the main part of the meal. A huge thank you to all the staff working late afternoon on Thursday 2nd Nov for making it a special occasion!
