Bidrage med feedbackWe waited 10 minutes to be seated while the manager cleaned two tables before seating us at a table that was already set up. Our waitress served three tables, two of which were seated after us, but did not come to take our order. We were seated right next to her station where she was inputting orders. When we got up to leave, no one approached us. We asked to speak to the manager and complained about the lack of service. This was our first time dining at this location after having eaten at several other Bills restaurants, and it was a let down. The manager had no response, only offering a simple "I am sorry" without displaying any genuine remorse. We decided to leave, along with several other customers who had also been waiting awhile to be seated. Overall, our experience at this Bills location was shocking and disappointing.
My friend and I had lunch at the restaurant today, and I have a food intolerance to tomatoes. The staff made sure that I didn't have to worry about it. They went out of their way to ensure that I felt safe. A special shout out to Charlie for outstanding customer service, keeping the drinks, food, laughs, and banter coming. We will definitely be returning!
We had dinner at Bills and returned for breakfast the next day. Reservations were necessary for dinner, but not for breakfast. I have a lactose intolerance, and the staff were very accommodating. The menu can be scanned for allergy information. We both enjoyed the burgers, which were tasty, and the chips were very hot. For breakfast, we requested hot plates and they were delivered piping hot. Our server, Paulina, took great care of us. We would definitely dine at Bills again.
Went here for brunch on a Sunday. Very friendly staff. Great food at a great price. Lovely atmosphere. Book to avoid disappointment.
95 minutes for beeakfast and of course it arrived wrong. Don't worth the wait, the service or the experience. If you want to torture yourself go
