Bidrage med feedbackThis evening we felt like Peking duck so we decided to check out this new restaurant in the Pinelands shopping centre - previously called Beijing Roast Duck. Their version is the same as the previous restaurant's version - crispy skin with the succulent meat beautifully presented on a duck shaped plate. The menu doesn't seem to have changed much - it features some Sichuan dishes and Northern Chinese dishes which we look forward to trying. If you want to eat the duck, make sure you ring ahead and book your duck as they are very popular. The restaurant was full tonight (Sunday night) and every single table had a duck on it.
Had dinner at its grand opening week back to last September. Tried the signature dish of Peking Duck and Kung Fu Fish plus another two dishes of double cooked meat and Beef with mushroom. Signature dishes did not let me down and really show-cased the culinary skill of the chefs. If there is theatre of peeling the whole duck and serving on the table, the effect would be a lot better and the production will be close to Pine & Bamboo at Cannon Hill and the Peking Duck at the Hope Island. Kung Fu fish really showed the "Kung Fu" where the whole barramundi was filleted and the fillets were sliced and braised to perfection and matched with deep-fried fish bones. I do think that this restaurant should have its potential but they need to pay attention to service. Having said that I do not mean the service is bad but is still very "green". Wish you all the best...

Decent shopping centre for your food and grocery needs. Do not recommend parking on ground floor because it’s very crowded and people drive like they are driving bumper cars. Plenty of car park in basement with lots of access to the ground level. Look forward to their renovation and new car wash, hopefully it’s like Eat Street style food stalls.
