Shrimp Boat Manny's . - Livingston

We love Shrimp Boat Manny's and try to stop in whenever we are in town. Unfortunately, when we stopped in for lunch the food was not up to their normal incredible level. We had the Red Beans and Rice with Sausage and the Fried Shrimp. The shrimp werecooked to the right temperature but they tasted like the oil they were fried in was old and needed to be changed. We willdefinitely be back to give it another try but wish this visit had been amazing as our past visits

I've been here twice now while visiting from CO and both times I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The environment is fun with fishing boats, nets and stained glass windows. The catfish both fried and blackened was delicious. Our server Jeanine C made iteven better with her outstanding service! And as a plus they have wooden crosses outside that are free for the taking! I willbe back!

Grilled Chicken PoBoy is amazing!! Mac Cheese or Potatoes are a great option for the side. I have a recommendation/request: Can y'all PLEASE add Fried Okra to the menu? I feel like y'all should definitely have that. Also, we usually opt to order foodto-go because the restaurant is too warm for us to dine-in and enjoy our food. Not sure if A/C is broken or thermostat is settoo high. Service could be better. Staff is friendly enough, but they don't go above and beyond to create a great experience andusually forget to bring requested items to the table when dining in and forget silverware when ordering to-go.

The food here is absolutely amazing the staff was very friendly. Charli my waitress had a large group come that she new personally but she still gave me the same amount of great service as she did the group that she new. She was amazing

We stumbled upon Shrimp Boat Manny's as we pulled into town, looking for lunch. Glad we did. Fast friendly service and everyone in our party of nine was happy with their food. For seafood, it's not expensive and worth give them a try. We hope to be backsome day.
