Whataburger - Livingston

It's fast food so I can't say it was exceptional. My Whataburger with cheese and all the fixings was okay. My fries and white chocolate raspberry milkshake were VERY good. The best thing was the friendliness of the staff. We had the nicest, most cheerful lady take our order. I would go back just because of her. When there are so many fast food restaurants available, all basically offering the same fare, it is quality service that makes the difference. That lady made a difference.

The staff was terrible, particularly the girl in the pink jacket who was taking drive-thru orders. She was extremely rude and didn’t even respond to the intercom, which was frustrating. The customer service was lacking. Overall, I would rate the food a 3, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 1.

The drive-thru has two lanes. I pulled up to one of them and noticed that three people in the other lane had already placed their orders without hearing anything in response. So, I decided to go to McDonald's instead. Overall, I would rate the food as a 5, the service as a 1, and the atmosphere as a 5.

Traveling after football game , nervous pulling in due to long line but it went very quick . The lady on speaker was one of the best people I’ve ever placed an order to in regards to getting it all correct . Guy at window was friendly and it was ready quick a plus nothing was wrong with our very large order . Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
