Jimmy John's - Lithia Springs

This store must be under new ownership or management. A year ago we ordered from here and it was terrible. This week we have ordered twice because the team went above and beyond to help us out. The food was great and fresh.

Great location, the employees are hard workers here!They really earn their breaks here!! I hope management appreciates their efforts.

Ordered on Uber eats. Took 3 hours and when I called to ask about an update nobody picked up the phone.

So this 5 star review was almost a one star. I came here at 3:45pm. The door was locked and the lights were off. As I looked for other sandwich shops on my way home, someone came in and opened up. Which I was so glad, I've been craving this all day, and haven't eaten. Dude was super apologetic and explained it was slow, they were short staffed and needed to make a delivery down the street. Totally understand, my suggestion, leave the lights on and tape a note on the door. Overall, very pleased with the customer service and the sub was awesome!BTW, the 16inch gargantuan is great for 2 meals or if you're just really really hungry...
