Downtown Delights - Lindale

This is of those hometown cooked meals, great service great food. We ordered fried pickles fried mushrooms for appetizer both were great. They have a wide variety along with meals for kids seniors. There was a total of 6 of us we all loved our food.

Not good enough to come back. Sorry. Things were overcooked. Cost more than other good local competitors. We don't recommend it.

Sadly disappointing! I ordered a Senior Chicken strip dinner $6 on the website) but was charged $8. There were 3 TINY chicken nuggets that were so overdone that you couldn’t chew them. Salad was made with sad brown lettuce. I called and spoke with a manager Patricia) who made excuses and offered no apologies. Don’t waste your time or money and most of all your tastebuds.

No frills, just good old school cooking. Finally- food that wasn’t overloaded with salt! Efficient and polite staff..

The best catfish I've had in a long time. Amazing onion rings. My husband and I shared the meal and took some home! They do not skimp on portions. We didn't eat dessert but the pies looked awesome. Great waitress, great service. Definitely worth a visit.
