Whale's Tooth Pub - Lincolnville

I read a review that said “best fish and chips ever”. I doubted they would be that good. I was wrong. They really did have the best fish and chips ever. The fish, batter, and chips were amazing. So glad I stopped by. Service was good and the view of the water was quite pleasant.

Wonderful gastropub! Yummy cocktails, delicious local food, and super friendly efficient service. I had the fish and chips and the house made chips (french fries) were the best I ever had. Creative cocktail menu. And do NOT miss their dessert!

Perfect setting for an outdoor lunch. Very fresh and delicious lobster roll, excellent fries and side salad. Topped off with a good pint of beer, a patio table in the warm sunshine and a great view of the bay and islands. What more could you ask for. Recommended.

I would have left less stars but our waitress was ok. I ordered a drink and they didn’t have Malibu which was listed in several drinks. I ordered a Budweiser and was given a michelob ultra instead. Waited 36 mins for out appetizers, was told all our food would come out together- 5 mins later we were informed our ticket was “lost” we paid our $17 beer bill (that wasn’t finished as we didn’t have food) and left. While others got seated and drinks and food while we just sat there waiting…

Excellent food and service. The actual restaurant could use some cleaning
