Dunkin' - Libertyville

This place is out of control. They will always manage to screw up your order. And I'm not talking about a complicated order. It's just black coffee. You can forget about coffee with cream, it's so water down, it's like having a little coffee with your cream. They never wait for the coffee until it's completely done brewing before serving.If there was a negative star ? review, I would use that.I called corporate a few times, and it seems there are no changes.

Sat for 5 minutes at speaker waiting for someone to acknowledge we were there while seeing one worker socializing. When got drink order wasn't right. Young man who was at window then added the cold foam but they didn't add the sugar so waste of money.

For downtown libertyville, they need new managers. They always get the orders wrong, nothing is ever properly made. It’s honestly the most horrific Dunkin. I’ve given it a couple of chances but they need to shut it

This place is awful. The service I experienced today was unacceptable. I walked in as one of the first people and the worker proceeded to take my order. I sat down thinking it would be done in a couple of minutes and ended up waiting there for 20 minutes or more! This was because a couple of teenage girls walked in and the worker let them go behind the counter and take free food. After they left he proceeded to complain about them even though he let them, he was swearing in front of children and other costumers. My drink was not served until 25 minutes after. Need less to say I am not happy!

I was one of the first orders to get it 15 minutes after. The worker let teenage girls go behind the counter and take free donuts. He was to busy talking and laughing with them to even bother making my drink. His Co-Worker was the only one trying to make food and drinks. When the girls left he started swearing in-front of all the customers. It was very hectic there. Did not enjoy it.
