This place has great service! We’re so excited for octopus!! The octopus entree was returned immediately, it was a heap of kale with a balsamic vinegar dressing, extremely over dressed.. ugh) and some kind of fermented eggy tasting purée. It tasted old and cold. I would not order this dish ever again!! Octopus needs to simplified, respected.. not this! I felt like I was going to channel my inner goat, chewing that much raw Kale. The octopus itself was 2 two long tenticles that were cold and burned, the grilled Octopus appetizer was not impressive either, no kale, chopped up and cold. The amount of oil on that plate was overkill. It was so so disappointing. For apps, we got the calamari which was pungent.. and the Marianna not sure if it was homemade) had that old rotten tomato taste. It could be a bad night it was a TH. We didn’t get any information about the food or specials, it would be nice if they engaged the patrons more with information about the food, owners and why this restaurant is special.. I say order shrimp kabob if you go. The shrimp kaboob has 4 prawns or shrimp and a skewer with 4 pieces zucchini 2 onion and yes corn like KFC), I didn’t want rice so they charged me for the extra1 skewer Service: Dine in Price per person: $50–100 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Kebab Plate

@sundried tomato and feta pasta. as a cook myself I can honestly say I will be trying to recreate this dish for the rest of my life! or until I get it right. I wish this restaurant was in my home town. Big jewel in the city of libertyville for a beautiful date night. the food was very good. Brussel spiders had a nice surprise on the bottom. smoked Lamb-Gyro was very tasty and enjoyed the grilled otopus. service was great and very nice overall.
