Bison Angus Grill - Leyton

The BBQ pork ribs are incredible! At 8 ounces, these tender, boneless ribs are a must-try. The meat simply melts in your mouth. The Angus burgers here are of top quality, perfectly grilled to be crispy on the outside while remaining juicy on the inside. I had the burst burger, while my companion had the mushroom and chili flakes burger. Keep in mind that the burgers are on the smaller side compared to other gourmet places we've tried in London. We also enjoyed the skin-on chips, and the burger was well-crafted. The lamb chops had an intense flavor. Since we didn't know what to expect, we only ordered one portion to share among the four of us, and we were so impressed that we wished we had ordered more. Honestly, I can’t recall the last time I enjoyed every dish we ordered as much as I did here. I hope they maintain these high standards!

The double stack bark meat burger was incredibly juicy and flavorful. The sirloin steak was cooked perfectly to a medium rare and was accompanied by a delicious gravy that added a wonderful depth of flavor. The halloumi was a bit salty but very tasty, and the onion rings were light and not overly greasy. For dessert, the sticky toffee pudding with vanilla was delightful and made for a perfect ending to a fantastic meal.

I had the Angus BBQ bark rib and the bison burst burger, and both dishes were delicious. The flavor of the burger stayed in my mind all week—it was that good! I can't wait to go back.

Both the outside and inside of the shop looked amazing had a very clean and futuristic feel, branding is on point. Food was amazing I really loved the burgers Angus meat is another level . Loved the chops great home made seasoning, house sauce was so on point and they gave me a generous portion and princes are worth it spent no more than £8 for a quality angus burger meal with 5 chops. I really recommend this joint staff were friendly, fast and catered to my every need.
