Nando's Lewisham

Twice had missing items from delivery order now! So annoying!! It's not cheap, and meant to be a treat, only to find your favourite item missing TWICE in a row! Clearly the delivery orders are not being checked before sending off with delivery driver. Lazy work Nando's! Manager on duty needs to be ON this!!

The manager on duty on 19th June is an absolute disgrace, he missed items out on my delivery order on purpose just because I phoned and asked him if they serve cream with the chocolate cake. And they do, but he said no. Lazy, disgrace of a human being. In general, this Nandos has always messed up my delivery order, always something missing or wrong item but this time the petty manager of the place did it on purpose and admitted it to me when I asked him if he did it on purpose. Sick human

I had never been to a Nando's before, so I went in with an open mind. The staff were really friendly and helpful in explaining the process. I was happy to see that they served alcohol so I could enjoy a glass of wine. We started with some delicious olives. As a fan of Portuguese Piri-Piri, I decided to try the wings with slaw and fries. I opted for medium heat, which had a good kick to it. The others in my group tried the butterfly breast with salad and rice, also in medium heat. Overall, the restaurant had a bit of a fast-food feel, but the meal was enjoyable.

I had a rush and I didn’t know what to eat so I decided to grab a nandos from Lewisham. The food was very good but the service provided by this girl, called Jessica was x10 better. Definitely coming back specially if there are workers like her, kind, funny and with a 10/10 costumer service.
