Mcdonald's Restaurants - Lewisham

I placed an order using the McDonald’s app without realizing that it was from the wrong location. I called the delivery driver to see if anything could be done and they said they would bring the order to me. However, I tried calling the McDonald’s store multiple times but received no answer. I am disappointed with this experience and would like a refund or at least for someone to answer the phone to discuss the issue.

I went to the Lewisham branch with my family and ordered two regular meals and two happy meals. However, we had to wait for half an hour for our food with no staff available to ask about the delay. When the food finally arrived, there was no apology for the wait and when I questioned the reason for the delay, I received attitude from the staff. Additionally, our order was missing some items and once again, there was no apology for the mistake. The service counter was also crowded with delivery drivers wearing helmets, who displayed a bad attitude. The security was not taking any action to address the situation. Overall, the service was really poor and I would not recommend visiting this branch.

This McDonald's location in a major London suburb gives off the impression that customers are not valued. There is a security guard at the door, which may be off-putting for some. The ordering machines inside are incomplete, missing the tents with table numbers for service. Customers who order at the machines are forced to wait in a crowded area for their food, as delivery drivers and other customers gather around the manual payment counter. During my last visit, the upstairs section was closed off despite it being mid-afternoon, making it difficult to find a seat. The food was not up to the chain's usual standards. Overall, this McDonald's is not one of the better-managed locations.

Obviously no quality check. Never get the items ordered…basically avoid using any delivery services as McDonald’s clearly don’t check the items before it’s sent out. avoid go somewhere else.

Went to Peckham Mcds today was asked to wait outside due to too many people inside. I was happy to do this. Another person turns up and she asked him to wait he started to moan etc, another member explained it was busy inside he was still moaning to this point she then let him in yet I was still stood waiting in the rain I may add with a child. Not even an apology or telling the other person I was there waiting first I'd waited ten minutes. Absolutely fuming and was dealt with so wrongly. You've now lost me as a customer!!!!
